My cookbook hits markets in less than one month. LESS THAN ONE MONTH! (Sorry for the text-shouting, but I’m happy/freaking out over here.) The first book arrived a few weeks ago and ever since, I’ve been antsy for you to hold it in your hands. It’s exciting times, I tell you.

A quick recap of what’s inside:

  • 30+ different grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds with sections on how to grind.
  • Information of different ways to grind from using a grain mill to using your coffee bean grinder
  • 100 recipes using all these flours
  • Weights for all recipes (because really, you should be weighing everything.)
  • Photography for half the recipes and all the different flours!
  • Fully Vegetarian with a quite a few gluten-free and grain-free recipes.

So the question becomes: have you preordered it? If not, don’t worry- there’s still time! And today I’m giving you a small extra incentive/thank you. My publisher printed up book plates (giant stickers) that have my lovely face on it (ha!) as a way of being able to inscribe a few books for people that I might not see this summer!

It’s a fairly simple giveaway that doesn’t require you to cross your fingers in hopes of winning! The first 100 people to email me (hello@naturallyella.com) with proof of purchase will receive a personally inscribed book plate from me! I know it’s not much but I love any little way I can say thank you for purchasing my book (seriously, THANK YOU!) And, if I happen to be traveling around this summer- I’ll let you know and I love to meet-up!

Okay, the details to remember:

1. If you haven’t, Preorder my book from any online retailer (if you have, skip to step 2!)

2. Email me (hello) proof of purchase (like, a copy of your amazon email receipt) and an address where I should send the bookplate (both are required!)

That’s it! This giveaway is open to the U.S., Cananda, and the U.K. and will continue until I’ve reached 100.

And of course, stay-tuned because when the book launches, you will see a peak at a few recipes from the book and I have some great giveaways to partner with the book (hint: it might be nice to have a grain mill with the book!)
